National Credit Union Foundation receives Volunteer Service Award
The National Credit Union Foundation has been awarded the gold U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award for the 2020-2021 school year and accepted the award on behalf of the credit union movement. The awards were presented on March 2 in a virtual ceremony.
Foundation Executive Director Gigi Hyland said, “On behalf of America’s credit unions, we are humbled and honored to receive this award from Junior Achievement.
“Credit unions have a long history of delivering programs, resources and education that help the next generation work towards achieving financial freedom as adults.”
