Foundation Staff

Lauren serves as the Executive Director for the Foundation, inspiring credit union professionals to collaborate and incorporate financial health and cooperative principles into their business strategy.

André serves as the CFOO and provides executive leadership to the financial and administrative functions of the Foundation.

Danielle develops and fosters relationships across the credit union movement to expand the awareness, value proposition and funding of the Foundation.

Amber works closely with the Foundation team to communicate the impact of the Foundation’s work.

Alicia works closely with the Foundation’s Program team to plan and support our mission-based training programs like Credit Union Development Education (DE) Program and Exploring Why™ Workshops.

Jennifer works closely with the Foundation’s Engagement team to plan, execute, and measure engagement initiatives.

Danielle will work closely with the Chief Program Officer to facilitate Credit Union Development Education (DE) Program and Exploring Why™ Workshops as well as identify ways the Foundation can continue to meet the education needs of credit union professionals.

Christine manages the Foundation’s day-to-day financial well-being efforts, supporting the collaborative CU system efforts to grow the FinHealth Fund work, executing grants program administration, and leading the success of the CU FinHealth Conference.

Christian provides primary transactions support to the CFOO and serves as staff liaison between the Foundation and Americas Credit Unions’ Finance department, which provides accounting services to the Foundation.

Traci serves as the Executive Assistant to Lauren Culp, as well as the Corporate Secretary and liaison to the Foundation Board of Directors.

Jenni leads engagement initiatives for the Foundation including our primary fundraising event, the Foundation Dinner.

Tobi leads the strategic vision that informs the Foundation’s programming, including developing and conducting signature programs like the Credit Union Development Education (DE) Program, Exploring Why™ Workshops, and other experiential, customized programming.

Maggie works on the Foundation’s project management and focuses on enhancing user experience with our products and other initiatives.
